Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Completed commercial education
- Additionally further technical education is beneficial
- At least one year working experience in commercial field is beneficial
- German and English fluent in written and spoken
- Basic knowledge with ERP Systems
- Advanced knowledge with Windows Office Package
- familiar with Mailing programs
Responsibilities:
- Commissioning of internal and external installation teams for installations
- Ensuring of correct and seamless processing of all installations and modifications
- Monitoring and assuring of the complete and correct material flow of projects
- Verification and approval of incoming invoices from Installations, construction works, first commissioning, rework and modifications
- Creation of installation offers as well as onward charging
- Creation of installation manuals
- Supporting the field service managers
