Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Completed higher education,
- At least one year working experience in commercial / technical field is beneficial,
- Fluency in both written and spoken German and English,
- Basic knowledge of ERP Systems,
- Advanced proficiency with the Windows Office Package,
- Familiarity with email programs
Responsibilities:
- Commissioning of internal and external installation teams for installations,
- Ensuring of correct and seamless processing of all installations and modifications,
- Monitoring and assuring of the complete and correct material flow of projects,
- Verification and approval of incoming invoices from installations, construction works, first commissioning, rework and modifications,
- Creation of installation offers as well as onward charging,
- Creation of installation manuals,
- Supporting the field service managers
