We are looking to hire an Installations and Services Support Coordinator within the Professional Hygiene Business Unit, which includes operations in North America and Europe, selling primarily under the Tork brand. Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for administering installation services and be first line support to end customers related to different Tork service solutions (dispenser mounting, Tork Vision Cleaning digital services) within assigned area of responsibility. The role includes coordinating with third party service companies and resolving all disputes or challenges to secure smooth customer support and experience.
Based in our Gothenburg, Oslo, Allerod, or Espoo office, you will report to the Installations and Services Support Manager located in Mannheim.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute dispenser installation activities within a given geography or group of countries.
- Work with third party installation providers to plan and arrange customer dispenser installations and site surveys.
- Manage interactions with customers before, during, and after installations to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure installation activities and costs align with agreed terms and conditions.
- Resolve any customer disputes with third party installers in conjunction with the sales team.
- Activate post-sales processes for digital service solution contracts and provide first-line support for customer queries and issues.
- Administer recycling service for hand-towels contract setup and maintenance in line with standard procedures.
