About our Team:
- The key role of our team is to drive growth by winning new institutional sales while ensuring the retention and satisfaction of our existing business relationships. We focus on building long-term partnerships, identifying opportunities for expansion, and consistently delivering value to our customers. With a strong sense of collaboration and innovation, we work together to drive success. We work closely with several departments collaborating with the Textbook Sales team to align on product offerings, Channel Sales and the Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through both new institutional sales of Sage Catalyst, drive usage and renewals for existing subscriptions. This includes identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities within key institutions across the UK.
- You will be accountable for skillfully engaging with customers to uncover their needs and motivations, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. You will also be responsible for addressing any account-level issues that arise to enhance customer relationships.
- You will work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Channel Sales, and the Higher Education (HE) team to align on strategies, communicate key product updates, and drive usage. You will play a key role in ensuring all teams are aligned in executing the sales strategy.
- You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, providing valuable feedback and insights from customers to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer service improvements.
- You will work closely with your manager to execute the overall institutional sales strategy, contributing to its development and ensuring its successful implementation.
