JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
To support the Marketing team in the creation, delivery, implementation and monitoring of the marketing plan to create both brand awareness and increase customer transactions and spend.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
To lead by example in delivering a high level of customer service through our warm northern welcome to every customer, internal and external each and every time.
To demonstrate all of the characteristics of Booths as outlined in the Company Purpose.
Work in a planned, organised and professional manner to deliver effective output at all times.
Contribute to the development of the in store campaign and publications strategy with innovative ideas, excellent content & copy-writing skills, best practice and insights from the industry.
Deliver the in store campaign in line with the overall marketing campaign plan including: A. Point of sale B. VM materials.
Deliver the printed publications in line with the overall marketing campaign plan including: A. The Good Grocers magazine B. The Christmas Book C. Seasonal direct mail / publications D. Store focused direct mail / publications E. Any other printed publication.
Implement the in store and publications marketing plan ensuring effective delivery within budget and time constraints.
Understand the impact of all in store materials and publications, evaluate their effectiveness and produce ROI for all campaigns.
Act as a brand guardian ensuring effective adherence across all collateral to brand guidelines.
Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, printers, agencies and consultants to ensure in store materials and publications are delivered on time and on budget.
Support the marketing manager with any other marketing activity as required.
