Description:

We are seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Instore Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers as they enter the store and providing friendly and helpful service
  • Assisting customers with product inquiries and offering product recommendations
  • Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized store environment
  • Replenishing stock and merchandise on the shop floor
  • Meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve store goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous retail sales experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent
