Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

You’ll focus on driving growth within some of our current retailers, delivering the channel and customer plans instore, ensuring the successful execution of all customer in store activities and the achievement of targets within your defined territory to ensure we feed the nation with their No. 1 brand in bakery.

  • Realise the growth potential within our retailers by ensuring all Commercial strategies and plans, including promotions, feature space, POS and product initiatives, are implemented successfully in store and monitored.
  • Proactively review performance with applicable customer management teams in support of recommendations to improve sell-through and help customers to grow their business.
  • Develop knowledge and skills of our retailers systems and procedures to enable effective delivery of all Commercial initiatives, channel plans and tactics.
  • Share best practice to maximise our ability to drive sales and ensure focus on continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong communication with both internal stakeholders and our retailers to ensure clarity of all activities and plans.
  • Build strong relationships and agree incremental activation plans with key retailer regional and area contacts.
