CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related field
  • Leadership experience in education or EdTech
  • Experience with AI technologies in educational or professional settings
  • Experience designing and implementing AI systems for tasks like content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
  • Strong grasp of learning science principles and data-driven educational methods
  • Proven ability to convey complex educational and technical ideas to varied audiences
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Designing and continuously improving an AI-driven educational ecosystem that exceeds the performance of traditional methods, demonstrated by improved student achievement metrics
  • Interacting with students on virtual platforms to gather insights on their learning experiences, using this information to enhance the learning ecosystem
  • Analyzing data from the learning platform to identify actionable insights and design impactful interventions using AI/ML, learning science, and motivational practices
  • Promoting a culture of experimentation and evidence-based decisions, using data to significantly advance student growth
  • Collaborating with engineering, data science, and design teams to transform academic insights and student feedback into seamless product improvements
