CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for a trailblazer with:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Proven leadership experience in education or EdTech
• Hands-on experience applying AI technologies in educational or professional settings
• A track record of designing and implementing AI systems for tasks like content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
• Deep understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational approaches
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, innovative projects
