We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing video courses on AI for non-tech professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in learning needs analysis and high-level course design with the Product Manager and SMEs (subject matter experts);
  • Map learning outcomes, create a storyboard;
  • Write or edit video scripts for SME, assist in the video production process, and give feedback for prepared materials;
  • Create practice exercises and learning aids;
  • Analyse learners’ feedback and use it to improve materials;
  • Prepare materials about new courses for sales manager training;
  • Create documentation about courses and keep it up to date
