The Instructional Designer is responsible for delivering excellent digital learning solutions to our team members.

EXPERIENCE

• 3-4 years’ experience in Instructional Design.
• Experience managing multiple projects and short deadlines.
• Software Proficiency in:
• Adobe Creative Cloud:
• Illustrator: Vector graphics and illustration.
• Photoshop: Image editing and manipulation.
• XD: UI/UX design and prototyping.
• After Effects: Motion graphics and visual effects.
• Premier Pro: Video editing.
• Audition: Audio editing and production.
• Articulate Tools:
• Storyline: Interactive eLearning module creation.
• Rise: Responsive eLearning content development.
• Adobe Captivate: eLearning authoring tool.

• Creating engaging and interactive eLearning content.
• Planning and delivering comprehensive learning journeys.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to align learning solutions with organisational goals.
• Write engaging copy for eLearning modules.
• Scriptwriting, storyboarding, and producing animated videos.
• Designing graphics, illustrations, and interactive elements for eLearning modules.
• Photography and video production, including camera operation and coordination of shoots.
• Evaluate current digital learning solutions against both business need and the industry standards, identifying changes that need to take place.
• Leading and balancing multiple high-profile learning projects with clear communications of project milestone and roadmap to stakeholders.
• Managing stakeholders and ensuring continuous project oversight.
