POSITION SUMMARY

Instructors in Health and Human Services are responsible for working with and supporting other instructors in a cohesive team environment, providing instruction to learners, evaluating learner’s progress, designing and developing curriculum and instructional materials, and supporting learners in meeting the learning outcomes of their course and program.

PROVIDE A POSITIVE LEARNING EXPERIENCE FOR LEARNERS

• Meets with learners regarding any academic issues (for example: attendance; conduct, performance).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s Degree - Related Field (i.e.: Health or human services disciplines; Adult Education preferred)
• 5 years of directly related professional experience in health and human services
• An equivalent combination of directly related education and experience may be considered
• Teaching experience in an adult environment
• Curriculum development an assetIndustry relationships an asset
• 
  If your education was received internationally we will require you provide an international education assessment through IQAS, WES, or one of the other nationally designated organizations upon hire.
