Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Executive Education program as an Adjunct Professor of Digital Strategy. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in digital transformation, strategic marketing, and the application of cutting-edge digital tools to foster business innovation and growth. This position offers an opportunity to engage with senior executives and industry professionals, helping them navigate and capitalize on the digital landscape to achieve strategic objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educational Background: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required. Candidates with advanced certifications in digital strategy or related disciplines will also be considered.
- Professional Experience: Extensive experience in digital strategy, digital transformation, or similar roles, with a proven track record of implementing successful digital initiatives in a business context. Experience in consulting or advising C-suite executives is highly desirable.
- Teaching Experience: Demonstrated success in teaching at the university level, particularly in executive education or professional development settings. Experience in creating and delivering online courses or hybrid models is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to a diverse audience. The ability to engage and inspire senior professionals is essential.
- Continuous Learning: A commitment to staying current with the latest developments in digital strategy, including emerging tools, platforms, and methodologies. Active involvement in professional networks or associations is encouraged.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.

Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and continuously refine course content that addresses key areas of digital strategy, including but not limited to digital marketing, digital transformation, data analytics, and emerging technologies. Ensure the curriculum is aligned with industry trends and the evolving needs of business leaders.
- Course Delivery: Lead interactive and dynamic sessions that challenge and inspire senior executives and professionals. Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including case studies, simulations, and hands-on projects, to facilitate deep learning and practical application of concepts.
- Student Engagement: Foster a learning environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking. Provide personalized guidance and mentorship to students, helping them translate theoretical concepts into actionable strategies for their organizations.
- Assessment & Feedback: Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate student performance effectively. Provide constructive feedback to support students’ professional growth and ensure they meet learning objectives.
- Industry Integration: Maintain and leverage a network of industry contacts to bring real-world insights and current trends into the classroom. Arrange guest speakers, panel discussions, or industry projects that enhance the practical relevance of the course.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Education team to ensure the course meets the high standards of the program and aligns with overall institutional goals. Participate in curriculum reviews and contribute to program development initiatives.
