Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Management professional to join our team as an instructor. You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students through our comprehensive online bootcamp, covering essential topics in product management such as product lifecycle, market research, roadmap development, user experience, and agile methodologies. Your real-world expertise will be key in helping our students achieve their career goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management, preferably within a tech company or startup environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in Product Management are a plus.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of product development processes, agile methodologies, user experience, and market research. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is preferred but not required. A passion for education and helping others succeed is a must.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Aha!, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach and Mentor: Deliver engaging online lessons, workshops, and projects to a diverse group of students, providing personalized feedback and guidance.
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with our team to continuously refine and update the curriculum to ensure it remains relevant and aligned with industry trends.
  • Student Support: Offer one-on-one mentorship, answer student queries, and provide career advice to help students succeed in the job market.
  • Industry Insights: Share your experience and knowledge, bringing real-world product management challenges and solutions into the classroom.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and exams, ensuring they meet learning objectives and industry standards.
