QUALIFICATIONS:

Preference will be given to candidates with relevant educational credentials and a proven track record of relevant work/teaching experience. Applicants must have the appropriate credentials and experience to be able to instruct on Red Cross EFR/EMR program.

• Facilitate and teach assigned courses and subjects according to the College curriculum and in accordance with the defined course standards and outcomes.
• Conduct student evaluations.
• Create a positive learning environment that accommodates students’ diverse cultural and educational backgrounds, experiences, and individual learning styles.
• Maintain behaviour and actions consistent with College policies.
• Continue professional development and growth according to personal needs and certification requirements
• Provide input on the continuous improvement activities for the College.
