Job Summary
We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our dynamic sales team as a Genetic Analysis Instrument Sales Representative. As part of our team, you will be crucial in driving sales and revenue growth for our advanced scientific instruments and consumables (qPCR, dPCR, Capillary Electrophoresis).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and go beyond them.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential customers
  • Deliver exceptional presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our instruments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer needs and successfully implement solutions
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction and happiness

Requirements

  • Remotely based field sales position.
  • Travel 50-75% accross the Boston territory
  • 3+ years of proven track record of sales success in a similar role
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to deliver an outstanding customer experience, achieve targets and exceed expectations
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of scientific instruments and consumables
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Manages sales process including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tracking by Salesforce system and other designated IT tools
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related field required
