Responsibilities
- Responding to inquiries from clients, problem solving, and following issues through to resolution.
- Reviewing coverages, recommending changes, and reporting claims.
- Producing documents and maintaining orderly electronic client files.
- Quoting and selling policies to existing clients, and meeting business production goals as established by management.
- Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients, our company partners, and agency teammates.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner in all communications, including via email, phone, and interpersonal.
REQUIREMENTS
- Property & Casualty License Required
- 3+ Years Property & Casualty experience.
- Computer and technical proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
