We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Insurance Agent Manager to join our team as we continue to expand our company.
Position Overview: As an Insurance Manager you will be responsible for assisting with recruiting new agents, responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the insurance department and ensuring the seamless delivery of services while driving growth through your own sales efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a valid LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) certificate
- Tech savvy and able to use software such as CRM systems and Insurance Portals
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and client relation skills
- Ability to lead a team to success while promoting professional growth and ensuring the achievement of organizational goals

Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new insurance agents ensuring they will add value to the team and are aligned with our company values
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of insurance professionals ensuring continuous development to achieve high performance
- Lead by example by consistently achieving your own sales goals while motivating and guiding your team to success
- Implement strategies to improve customer service, profitability and operational efficiency
- Maintain relations with third party vendors, key clients and brokers to ensure long term retention and success
- Deliver regular reports to senior management on key metrics, team performance and any areas of improvement
- Lead by example in staying up to date in industry developments and demonstrating best practices across the department
- Daily engagement with your team of agents to keep the culture strong and ensure they feel supported
