Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
  • Strong market knowledge and understanding of insurance products
  • Excellent sales administration skills with attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proficiency in negotiation techniques to secure favorable terms for clients
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $35,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON L4W 4L

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their insurance needs
  • Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
  • Administer sales processes, including preparing quotes and processing applications
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering post-sales support
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers on behalf of clients
  • Utilize retail sales techniques to effectively communicate policy details and benefits
  • Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base
