Aon is looking for candidates with strong administration and/or insurance experience .
If you have worked in an administration support role and/or have general insurance experience, a passion for client service and an interest in developing your insurance career, we would love to hear from you!
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and from our Aon office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support to our Insurance Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance needs
  • Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, creating renewal reports, certificates of currency and endorsements
  • Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
  • Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other insurance broking duties
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client Managers
  • Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer servic
