POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Broker Assistant Trainee to join our team. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the insurance industry. The role offers the potential for growth into a full-time position based on performance. Working hours is 15 to 20 hours per week; reporting directly to the Associate Broker.
Location: Flexible between Mississauga & Richmond Hill (with potential to become partially remote)

• Assist with handling incoming phone calls, responding to client inquiries, and processing payments.
• Provide support in the review and proofreading of insurance applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the processing and submission of insurance applications, following up on any necessary documentation.
• Maintain organized records and files, ensuring all client information is up-to-date and secure.
• Collaborate with the brokerage team to ensure a smooth workflow and high level of client service.
