• Work with the Ted Byrt Team to coach customers and help them see & understand gaps in their insurance.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, billing, general changes, and simple insurance changes.
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, telemarketing or restaurant server )is an asset.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Great interpersonal skills -
• Great communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
