As an ongoing recruitment effort and to build a talent pool, Trafalgar Financial Services Birdhaven is looking for a driven, dynamic and proactive candidate with a passion for the property industry, to join our team as a Insurance Payments Administrator. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, possess great attention to detail and work well under pressure.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED BY THE POSITION:
- At least three years’ experience as an Accounts Payable Administrator
- Must have own transport
- National Senior Certificate (Matric Certificate)
- Literate and Bilingual
- Have a basic knowledge accounting
- Microsoft Office intermediate skill level
- Effective communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Checking that all invoices coming through for payment are valid,
- Ensuring that the payment batch balances,
- Timeous payment of ALL invoices,
- Creating a creditors code and load all relevant details,
- Requesting a Validation report on Standard Bank,
- Forwarding the process in order for the banking details to be loaded.
