As an ongoing recruitment effort and to build a talent pool, Trafalgar Financial Services Birdhaven is looking for a driven, dynamic and proactive candidate with a passion for the property industry, to join our team as a Insurance Payments Administrator. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, possess great attention to detail and work well under pressure.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED BY THE POSITION:

  • At least three years’ experience as an Accounts Payable Administrator
  • Must have own transport
  • National Senior Certificate (Matric Certificate)
  • Literate and Bilingual
  • Have a basic knowledge accounting
  • Microsoft Office intermediate skill level
  • Effective communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Checking that all invoices coming through for payment are valid,
  • Ensuring that the payment batch balances,
  • Timeous payment of ALL invoices,
  • Creating a creditors code and load all relevant details,
  • Requesting a Validation report on Standard Bank,
  • Forwarding the process in order for the banking details to be loaded.
