The Adventure Ahead:
As the Insurance Product Analyst, you will drive the success of WorldTrips’ travel insurance products by effectively communicating market trends, product development and management, filing management, and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational goals related to product offerings.
- Market analysis and research: Conduct research on current market trends, consumer behavior, travel insurance demand, and competitor products, pricing, and marketing strategies
- Product development, management, and regulatory filing: Maintain product roadmap to align with the company’s business objectives. Manage product lifecycle from development and filing through implementation
- Provide recommendations on product pricing to remain competitive in the marketplace
- Maintain accuracy of website content and marketing collateral, in collaboration with the Marketing department
- Collaborate and work across functional areas to ensure alignment of regulatory and compliance matters, customer experience, and sales goals to support the organizations goals and objectives
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Bachelors degree in a related field, or the equivalent education and /or experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience of product development, policy writing, and admitted policy filing in the travel insurance industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
