Description:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, Wealth Management, your primary purpose is to work closely with advisors in the development and management of the advisor’s book of business. In this role you will also be responsible for deepening and broadening relationships with existing clients from an assigned book of business, in collaboration with associates in wealth management.
You have extensive knowledge of life insurance and living benefits products, practices and process.
Ability to support advisors with both new and existing client needs, while proactively sourcing new business opportunities within an existing client base.
Assist Advisors in meeting all service model actions for clients from pre-sale, issue and post issue changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepping insurance applications ensuring the completion and accuracy for submission to insurance carriers including the processing of medicals and issuing of policy contract and delivery
  • Preparation of underwriting requirements for advisors, including managing the underwriting process to completion.
  • Inputting and maintaining data in Client Relationship Management database.
  • Handling any post issue policy change requests from clients (ie beneficiary change, face amount changes, disbursements, death claims, requesting illustration)
  • Respond pro-actively to advisor’s inquiries or concerns.
  • Develop and maintain good advisor and internal relationships while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Deepen and strengthen relationships with existing clients through a responsive and solution-oriented needs analysis.
  • Support client inquiries by leveraging relevant tools & resources to satisfy immediate insurance needs of existing clients.
  • Understand and adhere to all regulatory and compliance operating standards.
  • Attract potential clients by answering product inquiries from incoming leads.
