Insurance Sales- No Evenings, No Weekends
Teacher’s Pension, a leading independent financial services organization in the 403(B) and 457(B) business, is currently seeking candidates to join our team working within existing plan sponsor relationships in the education market.
Job Details: • Full-Time or Part-Time
Niche market training provided. We schedule In-person presentations and Pre-set appointments for you. No personal marketing required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide state pension education and offer solutions to help bridge the retirement income gap.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Generate quotes for new customers and submission of new business.
  • Generate new business through leads and referrals.
  • Follow a sales process designed to make closing simple.

Requirements:

  • A Life Insurance License.
  • With at least one year of experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be motivated with the ability to control your own schedule.
  • You must have E&O insurance coverage.

The position is a 1099 commission only role with great earning potential. Commissions will vary based on production, but $65,000+ in your first year is very achievable with upper six figures being earned by top agents annually.
