About the role:
The Insurance Senior Representative is responsible for supporting the Insurance Manager in the insurance operational model and the alignment of the insurance operational processes in the company, also is the responsible of the marketing strategy, being the main connector with GMF’s marketing area. In addition it’s the main responsible of one of the strategic priorities, which includes the bidding of insurance companies and the strategies to improve the NPS from insurance.
What you need:
- Education level:
- Bachelor Degree (minimum)
- University studies
- Major Field of study: Business, Insurance, Finance or Engineering or related is required.
- Total years and type of prior related experience:
- Insurance knowledge with related work experience.
- 3 years’ experience in companies in the financial sector
- Commercial skills and abilities to create and maintain relationship with customers, stakeholders and dealers.
- Results orientation.
- Ability to work independently (limited supervision) and teamwork.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Assertive communication and good interpersonal skills, a person who can develop an excellent work environment.
- Ability to think in a solutions-oriented view and operate within dynamic business and technical processes.
- A person with the ability to work under pressure, organized, structured and goal oriented.
- Ability to structure and present information.

What you will be doing:
- Support the gift policy process, from negotiation to implementation Support sales & marketing initiatives between, GM, GMF, dealers and their customers.
- Support in improving the customer experience from insurance.
- Review and improve internal processes, working with the areas of customer service, operations and the broker.
- Management of insurance sales incentives and management of the promotion and advertising fund.
- Promotion and communication through positioning campaigns of the insurance financing program, communication plan of Plan Mayor and different insurance communications to the network, customers and GMF employees.
- Management of internal processes such as bpms, compliance and procurement.
- Policy management: company car and salvage, being responsible for the processes of renewal and care within the company.
- Insurance companies bidding process and its implementation.
- Dealer interaction to improve the sales of insurance products
