Description:

INSURANCE SPECIALIST (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

This is a perm role as an employee of our client.
Open to those with no expereince but willing to learn and understand the insurance industry.
Salary Range: $2,500 - $6,000 (Commissions)
Work Location: near Novena MRT

JOB OVERVIEW :

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our client’s team as an Insurance Solutions Specialist. This role is ideal for both newcomers and entry-level professionals who are eager to build a rewarding career in the insurance and financial services industry. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.
As an Insurance Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. You’ll build strong, lasting relationships with clients while contributing to sales targets and overall business growth.

Job Scope :

  • Identify and approach prospective clients through leads, referrals, and networking opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to understand their insurance and financial needs.
  • Provide professional advice on suitable insurance products and coverage options.
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients.
  • Perform follow-up calls and maintain ongoing client relationships.
  • Conduct periodic policy reviews to ensure clients’ coverage aligns with their evolving needs.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and ensure all documentation is accurately completed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory requirements.Meet sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • No prior experience is required ; newcomers and entry-level professionals are welcome.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of financial and insurance products is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing , or related field is preferred.
