Insurance Specialist

Vouch is partnering with an established Energy Organization in hiring Insurance Specialist to manage in-house insurance program regionally.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Insurance team and assist in the management of the group’s international insurance programs and ensuring all assets are insured adequately and liabilities are appropriately monitored and covered
• Manage the insurance programs including H&M, D&O, P&I, Cargo, Cyber, etc.
• Advise on the insurance placements, negotiations and renewals, policy and premium administration, claim handling, contract review
• Engage and partner closely with brokers to explore potential insurance options that would improve the risk position of the organisation
• Collaborate with legal team in contract review, due diligence, tender documents, address any insurance risk
• Support the group’s effort in setting up captive insurance program

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance or Law related discipline
• 3 years of working experience as an in-house Insurance Specialist
• Well-versed in insurance program and risk management assessment
• Captive insurance experience is a plus
• Domain experience in renewable, maritime, oil & gas is plus
