• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a reimbursement or Insurance focused role
• Proven track record of working independently
• Requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet competing deadlines
• Requires excellent communication and presentation skills
• Requires the ability to interact effectively with doctors, patients, vendors, peers, staff, and management is essential
• Adaptability & willingness to travel as needed
