Description:

Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Duration: Permanent
Location: Home or office based, with regular on site client visits within the South East region and occasional travel to our Newcastle head office

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong understanding of insurance principles, underwriting, and claims processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools and software.
  • Experience with digital insurance platforms and InsurTech solutions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the insurance industry.
  • Experience in client-centric product design and agile product development methodologies.
  • Experience of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Lycetts Insurance Brokers, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for a Insurer Partner and Proposition Manager to join our team.
The Insurer Partner and Proposition Manager is responsible for managing insurer relationships ensuring best outcomes for Lycetts and our client ensuring profitability and compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves managing commercial deals with key insurer relations whilst implementing and managing innovative insurance propositions across various lines of business including farms & estates, private clients, equine and commercial.
The role requires a deep understanding of the insurance market, strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate valuable insights into successful insurance products. The role reports to the Broking Director.
