JOB OVERVIEW:
Are you an emerging Talent Acquisition professional with a passion for commercial hiring? Sporty is expanding its global Talent Acquisition team, and we’re looking for a mid-level Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growth across Marketing, Operations, Media, and Finance roles. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least two years of recruitment experience who is eager to work in a dynamic, fully remote environment and contribute to Sporty’s global hiring goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Talent Acquisition, ideally focused on commercial hiring within a corporate or agency setting.
- Commercial Recruitment Knowledge: Understanding of roles in Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Media.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively pitch and engage candidates.
- Sourcing Expertise: Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Collaboration and Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and work well with team members across various functions and regions.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Prior exposure to senior stakeholders and recruitment for high-impact roles.
- Experience in candidate engagement and employer branding.
Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Development: Build and manage pipelines for mid-level talent across commercial functions, focusing on Marketing, Operations, Media, and Finance.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to managing offers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and ensure recruitment strategies align with business goals.
- Candidate Engagement: Provide a high-quality experience for candidates, positioning Sporty as a top-choice employer.
- ATS Management: Keep candidate pipelines updated and organized in the ATS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Job Descriptions and Postings: Write and post job descriptions that attract and resonate with high-quality candidates.
- Offer Coordination: Partner with HR and People Operations to manage offer processes and support smooth onboarding.
