QUALIFICATIONS & LICENCES:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Current ‘C Class Driver’s Licence
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check / DHS Disability Clearance or willing to obtain

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE INTAKE AND ROSTERING ADMINISTRATOR ROLE

The Intake and Rostering Administration Officer is responsible for the effective provision of administrative tasks and clerical tasks, support and services to the organisation whilst providing a high level of customer service to a variety of stakeholders including participants, families, and CLO employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure all visitors are welcomed and referred to the appropriate person
  • Ensure telephone calls are screened, messages / appointments taken and passed onto the appropriate person
  • General reception duties
  • Data entry
  • Update internal systems inclusive of Emplive (rostering system)
  • Assist with undertaking offering of office and site supplies
  • Ensuring date to day roster coverage
  • Manage leave coverage
