INTAKE COORDINATOR

Job Type: Entry-level, Part-Time, Contract, Remote
Salary Range: $22-25/hour depending on experience (12 hours per week)
Candidates must be able to work Monday to Thursday during business hours, 3 hours per day.

Dori Zener & Associates Inc. is looking to hire a part-time, self-motivated Intake Coordinator. Under the direction of the Senior Operations Manager, the Intake Coordinator will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to, responding to client inquiries, matching new clients with our practitioners and coaches, booking consultations, maintaining waitlists, following up on outstanding payments, and providing administrative support to our therapist and peer-led groups.
This individual must have a willingness to be a team player and bring ideas to the table but can also work independently with limited direction. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about connecting neurodivergent clients to neuro-affirming mental health support. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND QUALITIES:

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (specifically Docs, Sheets, and Forms)
  • Strong keyboarding and computer skills
  • Ability to learn new technology and software programs with ease (i.e. JaneApp)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a responsible manner
  • Highly organized and able to retain information
  • Proactively seeks looks for opportunities to improve current processes and best practices
