Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an intake officer, you will manage the intake and referral process for service users across Victoria.

You will:

  • Handle referrals for prisons and Community Correctional Services (CCS), making sure all necessary information is collected.
  • Keep service user records up to date to track their personal progress.
  • Respond to enquiries or pass them on to the right person, following clear guidelines.
