As the first point of contact for potential new clients (PNC), you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate support and gathering essential information to assess cases. You will be putting your inside sales and customer service knowledge to action to help our clients and at the same time you will learn and develop new skills.
The ideal candidate will possess a great phone presence, positive attitude, excellent communication skills, empathy, highest quality customer service, and strong attention to detail to ensure the intake process is seamless. This position requires availability for on-call duty, including evenings and weekends, to promptly respond to client inquiries.
Responsibilities/Skills:
- Identify new PNC’s, through inbound and outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and email correspondence.
- Inside sales experience with expertise in managing both outbound and inbound calls to first call close.
- Ensure that every PNC is properly documented in our contact management system and that the potential client status is properly logged.
- Close any potential contracts by building rapport with clients.
- Develop and maintain an effective daily plan to engage potential/current clients.
- Address and resolve any client issues and complaints promptly and notify management if circumstances escalate.
- Follow up with clients to determine case status.
- Self-motivated individual that demonstrates learning agility and ability to problem solve, while working independently.
- Be a CLOSER with a high sign-up rate.
- Possess a strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication.
Requirements:
- 2 year or more of inside sales experience.
- College degree preferred but not required.
- Proven history of meeting closing goals.
- Professional sales training such as PSS, Spin, Dale Carnegie
- Received awards and recognition such as Presidents Club, Rep of the Month, and Top Closer
This position involves a 90-day performance evaluation period, after which employee would qualify for paid time-off. Our office hours are 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and we are looking for someone who can work a full 8 hour shift during those times. There are some “on call” after hours & weekend hours that would be required, but you are not required to be in the office. You carry a firm cell phone with you to respond to leads. Position does include opportunity for performance bonuses based on new client acquisition and positive testimonials by happy clients
