At Matt Fendon Law Group, we pride ourselves on providing unparalleled service to clients, so we’re looking for an experienced intake specialist to help us maintain this high standard. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high call volumes for potential new clients, follow up on interested potential new clients, and keep database and spreadsheets up-to-date.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage high call volumes efficiently.
- Proficient in using office equipment (e.g., fax machines, scanners).
- Organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Amicus or similar legal software is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Responsibilities:
- Take Potential New Client (PNC) calls
- Keep database and appropriate spreadsheets up to date
- Follow up on Interested PNCs
- Answer PNCs questions up to and including the retention process
- Complete reports as requested by referral sources
- Assist in answering phones
- Send appropriate thank you letters
- Manage the receipt and attorney review of PNC records
- Assist management with Marketing efforts as needed
- Complete off-site tasks with PNCs as needed
- Complete tasks as requested by other staff members
