North End Teleservices, LLC is seeking motivated individuals to work in our call center assisting customers with tier 1 calls for our client. Candidates should have strong verbal and written skills, strong attention to detail, a desire to get the job done right, and experience working multiple applications simultaneously.
In need of both English and Spanish candidates.
This is a hybrid schedule, some time will be in center and from home. Schedule will be discussed during interview

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Call center experience with handling inbound calls is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collect, interpret, and type information efficiently and accurately
  • Excellent listening and empathy skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple programs simultaneously
  • Accurate keyboarding skills, Typing speed of 25 wpm or more
  • Detail-oriented
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and handle stressful situations
  • Bilingual in English and/or Spanish
  • High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first contact for applicants; taking incoming calls and accurately entering the information into various systems.
  • Navigate through multiple systems to access the appropriate information in order to provide the correct service and complete a first-call resolution for customers.
  • Determine the proper protocols for follow-up calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Possess the ability to properly de-escalate upset callers to provide the best possible service in a timely manner.
  • Performs additional duties within the department as needed.
