QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years experience in a content creation role.
• 2+ years experience in writing content and developing strategies for social media platforms. (eg. Facebook and Instagram)

Compensation & Benefits

• $48,000 - 67,000 per year
• Compensation is dependent on experience
• Medical, dental, and vision plans, where we cover 90% of employee costs and about 75% of the costs for their dependents

• Develop content that educates, influences, and inspires target audiences to act across a variety of marketing channels, including social, email, blogs, and collateral.
• Execute the production of assets (written and visual) efficiently following a thorough production process.
• Monitor and oversee the credit union’s online presence and reputation through social media monitoring and online review management.
• Develop targeted marketing campaigns to support Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies.
• Continually evaluate communication strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
