JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an Integrated Logistics Specialist, Senior II, to provide comprehensive logistics services throughout the life cycle of systems for the Program Manager Tactical Networks (PM TN). This role will support the development, production, and sustainment phases of weapon systems, ensuring effective logistics management and training.
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in developing training programs for weapon systems and technical writing.
- Extensive military property management expertise and maintenance engineering/safety knowledge for military weapon systems.
- Advanced skills in military warehouse management and logistics data provisioning.
- Strong understanding of supply support, provisioning support, and logistics documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in logistics or related areas are a plus.
- 12+ years of acquisition experience in Life Cycle Logistics with a focus on weapon systems.
- No additional certifications required.

Responsibilities:
- Logistics Services: Provide logistics functions and tasks during the development, production, and sustainment phases of a system life cycle, specifically for PM TN-related requirements.
- Training Development: Develop and implement New Equipment Training, Professional Development Training, and Training Simulation programs.
- Human Factors Engineering: Engage in Human Factors Engineering (HFE) to ensure training material and technical manuals meet user needs through Validation and Verification processes.
- Integrated Logistics Support: Ensure effective Total Package Fielding and Integrated Logistics Support for weapon systems.
- Logistics Documentation: Create and manage comprehensive logistics documentation and Integrated Product Support (IPS) materials.
- Supply Chain Management: Provide supply chain risk management, assisting PM TN in developing strategies and plans to mitigate risks associated with the supply chain.
- Technical Field Service: Deliver Technical Field Service and vehicle maintenance support as needed.
- Logistics Information Systems: Utilize Logistics Information Systems to enhance logistics operations and reporting.
- Transition to Sustainment: Assist with Transition to Sustainment Support and Type Classification and Material Release Support for military weapon systems.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders to align logistics strategies with programmatic requirements.
