REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ Years of experience in integrated marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
  • Strong writing skills
  • Experience in leading event management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

WHAT IS THE ROLE?

As our Marketing & Communications Manager, you will ensure the development and delivery of consistent, cohesive, high quality and effective strategic narratives from across Yinson GreenTech’s various businesses, ensuring that the narratives also align with those of Yinson Group. Leading Yinson GreenTech’s Marketing and Communications team, you will drive and coordinate our marketing efforts, including public relations and press releases. Your primary focus will be on lead generation, campaign management, digital marketing, CRM tools, website management, corporate communications, event management and branding. You will seamlessly blend creativity, strategy, and execution to drive our marketing initiatives to new heights.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Lead Generation:
  • Develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies.
  • Optimize lead nurturing processes and automation.
  • Analyze and report on lead performance metrics.
  1. Campaign Management:
  • Design, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adapt strategies for optimal results.
  1. Digital Marketing:
  • Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Develop strategies to increase followers and engagement across social media platforms.
  • Leverage data analytics to refine digital strategies and improve ROI.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging digital tools.

4.CRM Tools:
- Leverage the CRM for effective customer relationship management. - Ensure seamless integration of CRM tools with marketing initiatives. - Train and support team members in CRM best practices.

  1. Website Management:
  • Oversee website strategy, content, design, and functionality.
  • Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance user experience.
  1. Event Management:
  • Plan, execute, and oversee company events, including trade shows, webinars, and product

launches.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure event success.
  • Manage event budgets, logistics, and post-event analysis.
  1. Branding:
  • Maintain and evolve the brand’s identity and voice.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Develop and execute brand awareness campaigns.
  1. Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse marketing team.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Provide regular feedback and professional development opportunities.
