Job Description
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND DESIGNATIONS:
- University degree or college diploma
- 4 – 12 month’s working experience preferred
- Computer Skills: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook

Additional Information
Responsibilities:
- Assist with project management on a day-to-day basis including coordination of meetings, tracking project status, and communicating with cross-functional teams/departments
- Document detailed meeting recaps, actionable items and next steps for all team members
- Help build detailed workback schedules and monitor progress to ensure projects are tracking well to be completed and delivered on time
- Support with completion of finance and budget tasks such as PO requests, invoice management, and budget tracking
- Utilize strategic planning templates to present and share campaign information, timing, product priorities, etc.
- Liaise between SMEs and the Integrated Planning team to help consolidate information for strategy decks, weekly reporting, and other critical documents
- Take part in weekly meetings to provide an update on campaign status to the business, including senior leadership
- Support facilitation of weekly status meetings by preparing the agenda, inviting guest speakers from other departments, collect presentation material, etc.
- Provide direct support to the Senior Vice President, Global Marketing in coordination of schedules, tracking status items, and assisting in communicating with cross-functional teams/departments
- Coordination and execution of general/miscellaneous requests related to integrated planning and global marketing
- Remain well-read, informed and actively engaged in all campaigns and marketing activity
