Are you a dynamic marketer with a knack for driving impactful campaigns and a passion for seamless brand experiences? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Integrated Marketing Coordinator for a maternity leave cover.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with our brand objectives and drive business growth. You’ll collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach across all channels. This is a unique chance to immerse yourself in a fast-paced environment, working on diverse projects that span digital marketing, retail, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-functional promotional implementation for EMEA:
- Align and implement DTC (ecom, retail) promotions, in close collaboration with the cross-functional teams across DTC commercial, CRM and media and the development of communication assets for the promotional campaigns (full price and outlet)
- Retail Marketing for EMEA:
- Support and implement Retail marketing needs, including production of promotional communication assets, communication to stores, production of seasonal digital banners (for outlets), and collaboration/answering to full price and outlet center requests.
- Lead the implementation of mall activations and in-store events in EMEA
- Web Content for EMEA:
- Support the implementation of regional localized web content, including briefing alignment across the relevant channels and management of Workfront jobs, ensuring successful and timely campaign execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive consumer engagement and ensure a seamless integration across wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and advertising channels.
- Work closely with the global and regional teams to align marketing activities with the broader business objectives and brand identity.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs), using data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and propose strategies for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring:
- Marketing Experience: 1-2 years in marketing, preferably in the consumer, lifestyle, or retail industries.
- Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative Spirit: A team player with a positive attitude, eager to contribute to a cohesive team environment.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong skills in organization, communication, and interpersonal interactions.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing relationships with various stakeholders and communicating effectively across different levels.

- Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
