The Pinterest Business Marketing team is composed of highly skilled marketing generalists, able to flex with equal strength among marketing strategy, content strategy, go-to market product strategy, project management, cross-functional team leadership, event planning and creative oversight. As a Global Integrated Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of global marketing campaigns and programs that leverage a variety of channels to drive awareness, engagement and business growth. This role requires a strong B2B marketing background, project management expertise, and a proven ability to rally diverse XFN partners towards a common goal and a passion for integrated marketing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute effective global marketing activations and campaigns that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key XFN teams like Creative Services, Product, Research & Insights, Sales and more to develop and execute ground-breaking integrated marketing B2B campaigns and programs. Programs will scale multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, paid advertising, events, sales content and more
  • Work closely with regional marketing and sales teams to ensure scaled campaign work resonates across key global markets
  • Partner closely with the product marketing team to identify opportunities and prioritize messaging to allow Pinterest to stand out in a competitive market
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activations and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
