Description:

AN Integrated Producer IS responsible for working across all TBWA brands - with a focus on work for FABRIC, our fashion and lifestyle brand. You will be experienced in all areas of production within an agency, including stills, content production, postproduction.

SKILLS

  • 3-4 years’ experience in all areas of production within an agency
  • Basic studio/digital/OOH production experience would be a bonus.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects across the above disciplines at any one time
  • You will also ideally have fashion and lifestyle experience,
  • Excellent client facing and third party/supplier management skills
  • Problem-solving capacity, identifying causes and suggesting innovative solutions.

KNOWLEDGE

  • Deep understanding of client’s business and competitors
  • A solid understanding of video content production
  • A strong appreciation of the creative culture of the agency
  • Thorough knowledge of standard office software applications including Keynote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & BCC systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Keeping abreast of trends and innovation in the advertising industry. Particularly in video production.
  • Ensuring work is of excellent quality and reflects the creative output.
  • Prioritising workload to ensure demands are met and managed.
  • Proactively providing sample and production input to creative teams that will enhance the idea.
  • Working closely with relevant account management and creative teams, ensuring effective communication and management of team’s expectations
  • Working with account teams to understand the clients brand and produce appropriate and innovative solutions that will support the delivery of the agency’s brand.
  • Demonstrating competitive cross quoting with external suppliers
  • Maintaining the highest quality and cost efficiencies.
  • Maintain tight control of project budgets and deadlines and communicate issues immediately to the team.
  • Manage all administration (estimates, job specs) and attend all project meetings as required.
  • Ensure financial administration is of a high standard and dealt with on time
