Integrated Urgent Crisis Team - Administration Assistant
Band 2 - 30 hours - Permanent
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the Integrated Urgent Crisis Team. IUCT consist of a Multi Disciplinary team of Therapist, Nurses, Technical Instructors, care support workers and we work in conjunction with social colleagues across all areas of Tameside and Glossop.
You will complete effective and efficient clerical support in respect of all aspects of patient care and departmental routine
The post holder will work as an integrated member of the Integrated Urgent Crisis Team based in the community clinic at Crickets Lane, Ashton-Under-Lyne. You will complete effective and efficient clerical support in respect of all aspects of patient care and departmental routine.

SECTION 2- KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Professional development, clinical governance and educational responsibilities
Responsibilities:
PROFESSIONAL / CLINICAL:The post holder will:
1. Deal with telephone/email enquiries promptly and efficiently as well as other service correspondence letters messages etc.
2. Photocopy/ Scanning relevant IUCT documentation required for effective running of the service.
3. Have experience and knowledge of multiple clinical and social care systems
4. To be able to maintain databases stored on the shared drive including data inputting.
5. Update daily patient holding list.
6. Support multidisciplinary teams
7. Ordering of and auditing of Equipment from Millbrook
8. Ordering clinical equipment and stationary using NHS Supply chain, ABS etc
9. Data inputting, ICE files, weekend plan, Friends and Family tests and adding new patient referrals onto EMIS system.
10. Updating communication board (staffing board).
11. Ensuring generic patient documentation and management document are readily available and replenished
12. Writing/Filing and distribution of various team meeting minutes
13. Assigning clinician to allocated patients on EMIS system.
14. Responsible for collating information provided by management and formulating quarterly newsletter.
15. Scanning and filing patient notes onto EMIS system.
16. Reasonable management request of an administrative nature.
