Responsibilities:
The incumbent will mainly work remotely but may need to travel to client sites on occasion. Reporting to the Technical Director, the incumbent will be responsible for designing point-of-sale systems that meet customer needs. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent workload management skills and a strong desire to deliver high quality service.
- Install and configure products at the customer’s site, remotely or on site, and draft the required documentation
- Train customers on our various POS software products
- Complete integrations of POS solutions into the customer’s environment
