OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-5 years of related professional experience in an international business environment.
• Experience in integration and cloud solutions architecture.
• Proven track record in managing integration projects.
• Proficiency in tools such as AWS, Azure, BizTalk Server, and PTC ThingWorx.
• Advanced digital / IT savviness.
• Strong ability to structure complex topics and drive for results.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Show adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
• Superior oral and written communication skills (English + German optional).
• Fluency in the English language in the business environment (at least B2)
• Willingness to travel globally up to 10% of the time

Integration and Development:

• Assist in developing and managing integration solutions using various patterns and technologies (event-driven architectures, messaging queues, APIs, ETL).
• Utilize C#, Python, JavaScript, and Java for custom solutions and SQL for database management.
