QUALIFICATIONS

To be a successful candidate, you:

• Extensive and at least 10 years of experience within (strategic) project management.
• Have a MS or bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or business.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in processes and capabilities related to AP & QC.
• Possess knowledge and insights in a pharmaceutical production site preferable from Novo Nordisk.
• Possess good diagnostic, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Can think strategically and translate business strategies into tangible actions.
• Are fluent in verbal and written English.
• Work in different cultures and be an ambassador for Novo Nordisk values.
