Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Client Integration Manager, the role of the Integration Consultant is to support the integration, onboarding and provisioning of GBG’s Identity and Compliance solutions for both new and existing customers, including data reporting and consulting services. This is a challenging and varied role, so it means the need to liaise directly with customers to clarify requirements as part of our services.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Configuration, implementation, and support of GBG identity customers for activities such as on-boarding and platform configuration changes for our identity product which includes identity verification and biometric solutions. Customers are for all channels which includes partners and re-sellers.
- Collaborate with presales, sales and technology teams whereas is necessary to support existing and new customers.
- Educate customers about our product and assist customer to understand how to use our products to cover their business needs, becoming a trusted advisor. At the same time, anticipate and communicate project risks (if any).
- Work with prospects and clients to help define the customer onboarding journey with minimum friction. This needs to be aligned with the configuration that are available on the platform.
- Assist customers with detailed questions about our product architecture, configuration, APIs, and data reporting.
- Run as a single point of contact for key allocated projects and manage the end-to-end implementation and consultancy of our biometric and hosted greenID Solutions.
- Develop quality work and customer documentation.
- Adopt and enforce delivery governance practices by maintaining accurate and timely project reporting and participating in periodic project reviews & audits.
